Need to return your purchase? We have made the process easy!

FOR NEW ITEMS:

Items must be returned no later than 14 days of delivery to receive a refund (shipping charges are nonrefundable).
Items must be unused and in original packaging.  You may choose your own shipping return box or bag.

FOR DAMAGED ITEMS:

If customers receive their items damaged, we will issue a full refund including shipping costs. You must send a picture of the damaged item before receiving the refund. 

WARRANTY:

If items break within 30 days of purchase, contact us and send a picture of the defect and we will issue store credit or a replacement (not including shipping costs).
